I'm a natural teacher

I teach with generosity and openness and  love to engage and learn with my students.

MY TEACHING

The calm I bring to all classes  focuses on flowing, quality movement and is always underpinned by the Pilates fundamental principles.

Posture, alignment and control are central elements within all classes.  You will be encouraged to focus on  technique, practise with intent, and  understand how the mind and body work together to create efficient, controlled and flowing movement. However,  be prepared, once aligned and centred expect to be challenged in movements once considered unachievable!

While my approach is contemporary, I always honour the original mat repertoire. My deep respect for the classical work shapes every class, guiding students to explore, practise, and ultimately work toward completing the original 34 exercises.

Above all, I love seeing my students find freedom in movement and leave class feeling calmer, centred, and beautifully rejuvenated.
